Water treatment made easy
Fertilizer & chemical injector
Most simple and cost efficient system
available
The Chemilizer
medicator is designed to
accurately inject additives proportional to the amount of water flow. A
medicator is required to inject at flow ranges as low as 4 litres per hour when
animals are small, and stay consistently accurate as the flow rate increases
during a growth cycle when flow rates will exceed 720 times the original amount.
Easy to Install
Attaches Quickly to Water System
Driven by Water Flow.
No Electricity Required
Self Priming
Easy to Use
Preset at the Factory for Accuracy
No Adjustments are Required
Tamper Proof
Easy to Maintain
Simple Diaphragm Design
No Piston to Wear Out or Replace in the Water Motor
No Harsh Chemicals Pass Through the Water Motor

How the Injector Works
All chemical injectors
manufactured by Chemilizer are water driven. No electricity is required in
operation of any model. Chemilizer chemical injectors are designed as a 2
part system. |
|
Part 1 Water Motor
All Chemilizer water motors
are designed with a fixed diaphragm. No sliding pistons to wear out. The
water motor is not affected by chemicals, since no chemicals go inside of
the water motor.
Part 2 Chemical Pump
Takes all the abuse of chemicals being pumped. Easy twist in or out of
water motor for simple maintenance.
All Chemilizer water motors
are given a two year warranty on both static and moving parts. Basically
this means if the water motor stops working during the first two years of
operation we will either rebuild or replace it. Chemilizer offers the only
warranty that does not require a filter on the water flow line before it
reaches the injector.
Water Motor
The non-electric water motor functions on demand with water flow. Inside
the water motor is a fixed diaphragm assembly that travels up and down
with alternate filling of the upper chamber and the lower chambers of the
motor.
Only water travels through the water motor. The diaphragm is made up of a
heavy fiber mesh, then coated with rubber. This water motor is not
affected by sandy or dirty water.

Chemical Pump
Inserted into the bottom of the water motor is a positive displacement chemical
pump. The pump draws directly from a stock solution container and injects into
the water line and takes all the abuse of chemicals being pumped.
Positive Displacement means that chemical is being injected on both the up
and down stroke. With positive displacement, chemicals are more evenly
distributed throughout the water line, eliminating chemical hot spots.
Chemical Pumps manufactured by Chemilizer are easily disassembled by hand, and
no tools are required.
Standard pre set pump ratios available are
1 - 100 2 - 200
1 - 128 2- 128
Other ratios are available
