DETERGENT
BIO-STRIP 2000
BIO-STRIP 2000 is a heavy duty detergent for use and application
for on-farm breeding and rearing facilities. BIO-STRIP 2000 contains special
cleaning components and superior foaming properties to facilitate the cleaning.
The special composition of BIO-STRIP 2000 has a pre disinfecting action, which
results in initial significant reduction of microorganism populations as part of
the pre-cleaning process. In most facilities the pre-cleaned surfaces are
covered with a variety of soil loading. These contain combinations of excrement,
organic material, fats, oils and minerals, plus residual bio-films. BIO-STRIP 2000
is designed to penetrate and eliminate these layers in order to obtain
sufficient access for the follow up disinfectant.

APPLICATION:
BIO-STRIP 2000 is designed for application using the BIO-QUIP
L.S.12 Foam Cannon. This unit can be fitted to existing pressure cleaning pumps
with capabilities of 140 bar at between 12-16 L/min

upright draw off tube, clear 1.5m chemical tube and 2.5 x 25mm strap
EQUIPMENT
BIO QUIP FOAM CANNON SYSTEM
Designed for the application of both the
detergent and sanitiser. It is supplied as a complete gun and injector which can
be quickly connected to the pressure discharge hoses of most pressure cleaning
systems. The system also includes back-packs for both the detergent and
sanitiser; this allows the operator to move freely within the facilities without
excessive equipment such as trolleys and extra hoses. The BIO QUIP FOAM CANNON
can be preset and calibrated to the pressure and flow rates of the pump.
This will ensure the correct rates of application without any further
adjustments.

SANITISER
GLUTASAN/QCT-HF
Following the wash down and cleaning stage, a
stand down period is required in order to maximize the drying effect of the
surface areas and allow for better absorption of the sanitiser. An application
of GLUTASAN/QCT-HF can then be applied via the BIOQUIP FOAM CANNON to all
surface areas including floors and service areas. The application of sanitiser
using this method allows for excellent contact at the surface interface, a
highly visual and uniform placement of the sanitiser over all areas and extended
residual effect. Following a further stand down period to allow for drying, the
facilities can then be restocked. NO rinsing is required following the
application of GLUTASAN/QCT-HF. The product can be used on a wide variety of
surfaces reducing contamination on commonly used materials of construction. Even
after repeated applications, there was no detectable build-up or tacky residue
remaining after the treated surfaces had dried.
