Viper is Big Dutchmans newly developed environmental and production computer for use in poultry houses (broiler, layer and breeder management)

ALL FUNCTIONS CAN EASILY BE READ OFF THE LARGE GRAPHICAL DISPLAY WHICH MAKES VIPER VERY USER-FRIENDLY AND EASY TO OPERATE

Important functions in the area of environmental control:

• Intake/exhaust air control: Minimum side, tunnel and transitional ventialtion
• Connection of 8 temperature sensors
• Control heating in up to three growing zones
• Minimum ventialtion with cycle timer and trotate fans
• Control of both pad cooling and foggers
• Temperature-controlled emergency opening function
• Auxiliary sensors, such as CO2 available
• Curves for temperature, humidity, tunnel start, maximum ventilation and minimum ventilation timer

There are 3 different modes for environmental control that can be selcted according to individual requirements:

Basic Step: allows grower to manipulate virtually every setting

Flex Step: provides precise control of the house enviornment

Ultimatic: the Viper makes virtually all adjustments based on minimal user input

• Feed consumption, feeding programs, silo weighing
• Water meter
• Light control, light intensity
• Bird weighing
• Bird management, such as mortality

The Viper is a modular system, offering the ability to add 10 to 40 additional relays with or without manual control.
