Curtain Winch
Choose between two models of Auto-Curtains and two models of automated Curtain Winches to maintain precise control of the environment in naturally ventilated buildings. Available in a variety of curtain travel speeds, both models feature heavy-duty construction with galvanized housings.
Drive Blo ck Assembly
The Curtain Controller drive block assembly features a nylon insert in a heavy-duty powder coated weld. The removable nylon insert simplifies maintenance, decreases friction and provides wear characteristics superior to conventional brass drive blocks. UHMW polyethylene guide wheels insure smooth travel, proper alignment and stability of the drive block in the machine.
Dire ct Drive Gear Motor
The Curtain Controller utilizes a threaded block and drive screw directly coupled to a direct drive gear motor.
Latc h Out Switches
Adjustable latch out switches can be installed in multiple locations to energize and de-energize a variety of equipment.
Limit Swi tches
Isolated primary and secondary limit switches allow for back-up protection. New one-piece, galvanized, liftoff cover makes for ease of service. Plastic water resistant junction box is accessible from the outside of the curtain controller.
Optio nal Potentiometer
Optional shaft mounted potentiometer provides an accurate and immediate signal to indicate movement and position of the drive. The potentiometer can be wired to a PF-6 inlet-positioning module to allow precise control of air inlets or curtains based on temperature rather than static pressure.
