 AUGER & PIPE

The auger is an essential part of every feeding system. Tigsa have applied high technology to create a heat-treated steel auger, with greater consistence and precision, with the exact point of flexibility for each feeding system. The result is an unbeatable auger with a 10-year guarantee.

CONTROLS & SENSORS

The control unit is furnished with a slide-gate for easy access. It includes a safety back-up switch and the structure is completely built in metal. A set of measures ensures the correct operation of the entire system.
To finish a precision feed delivery operation, precision shut-off control is required. The system includes the traditional level switch which is effective and simple, together with a capacitive sensor DP-5, designed to sense the presence of absence of feed with total reliability.

BOOTS & UNLOADERS

The boots are manufactured in polyethylene, a plastic material that has proved to have the greatest resistance against environmental agents and knocks. They are available in four different models: Single or double outlet and straight-out or at 30 degrees.

Nine different models of unloaders adapted to each need. Provided with an inspection/clean out plate on the side for easy access in maintenance work. Tigsa has developed the simplest and most effective anti-compacting system on the market, with a vibrating hammer to guarantee the constant flow of feed. The fall of feed can be adjusted or blocked thanks to the slide-gate.
